The room was good modern and well-maintained with balcony, the staff was affable. The hotel had a particularly good location to event which was across the road.

Great breakfast, savoury food choice. Clean pool, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The staffs were amicable and the service was friendly. Our room was generous sized and functional, equipped with including full saucepan set, big balcony, warming wine. An electric kettle, a fridge and glassware were available in the kitchen.

We were there for 1 day, everything was fine, liked its peaceful location very close to Opposite the lake so great for walks, nearby tourist attractions and downtown for an evening meal. The staff was very professional and friendly efficient and provided efficient service.

The room itself was fancy, spotless with excellent finishes and had essentials I needed.

The location in a really comfortable area was favourable and there were the main shopping center and a shopping mall nearby. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 0 minutes walk away. The restaurant was GOOD for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right across from the picturesque lake and beautiful gardens. I enjoyed taking walks in the area. The room I stayed in was spacious and had enough beds for all my friends. The outdoor table near our room was a nice touch, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the pool view. The hotel was also close enough to the city center for a leisurely walk.

One drawback was the traffic noise from the main road. It was quite loud even with the window closed, which made it a bit difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

Good breakfast for continental & cooked; very welcoming staff. Location so close to Antique center and hot dog from one of the mobile caravans that frequent the car park in the morning and the Lake & Great cafe. Also, opposite railway line.

Lovely staff, great facilities for working with quick internet. Beautifully appointed rooms with Netflix. Bonus room service and great restaurant and bar. Pleasant stay near the lake. Good value and highly recommended for frequent travelers.

Newly remodelled and spotless hotel with affable staff and delightful views of the lake. Central location close to the restaurants, great breakfast. Close to the lake which had a playground, a wonderful park and all tourist attractions.

I asked for apartment with the bathroom, large balcony, 2 bedrooms and they kindly provided it. The decor was great and the staff were welcoming and pleasant.

This hotel is situated in a fabulous location, close to the city centre but tucked away in a peaceful spot. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast every morning. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the leisure facilities were excellent – I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and spa.

The only negative aspect was the old carpet in the hallway, it could do with an upgrade.
